The courier partner is assigned automatically based on your pin code and selected delivery speed.
How we pack your order
- Every game is bubble-wrapped individually before being placed in a rigid box.
- Fragile accessories and controllers are packed with additional foam padding.
- All orders are sealed with tamper-evident tape — if the seal is broken on arrival, photograph it and contact us immediately.
- We use recycled and minimal-plastic packaging wherever possible.
Shipping FAQs
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2 PM on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent to your registered email and WhatsApp immediately after dispatch. You can also track from the "My Orders" section in your account.
What if I miss the delivery?
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, the package is held at the nearest hub for 5 days before being returned to us. Contact support to reschedule.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
Address changes are possible only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
My order shows delivered but I did not receive it.
Raise a dispute within 48 hours of the marked delivery date by emailing support@magiclandgames.in with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and resolve it within 3 business days.
