Return & Replacement

We do not accept returns. Replacements are available for defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept items back for refund or store credit under any circumstance.

How to request a replacement

Check eligibility

Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The item must be defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly sent.

Prepare evidence

Record a clear unboxing or demonstration video showing the exact issue. Take photos of the item, defect, and original packaging (including the shipping label).

Email support

Send your order number, video, and photos to support@magiclandgames.in with subject line "Replacement Request – Order #XXXXX".

Review & approval

Our team reviews submissions within 2 business days. Approved claims receive a replacement dispatch confirmation via email.

Replacement dispatched

Once approved, the replacement item is dispatched within 1–2 business days with full tracking. You do not need to return the defective item unless specifically requested.

✓ Eligible for replacement

  • ✓Item is physically defective or stops working on first use
  • ✓Wrong item sent (different title, platform, or edition)
  • ✓Item arrived with visible shipping damage
  • ✓Disc unreadable / console does not recognise the game
  • ✓Sealed item missing contents listed on the product page

✗ Not eligible

  • ✗Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • ✗Digital codes that have already been redeemed
  • ✗Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • ✗Requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date
  • ✗Claims submitted without video and photo evidence
  • ✗Pre-owned items with cosmetic wear already noted in the listing

Important Notes

  • Evidence (video + photos) is mandatory. Claims without it will not be processed.
  • Do not discard the original packaging until your claim is resolved.
  • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If the same item is unavailable, we will offer a substitute of equal value or a store credit.
  • Approved replacements are dispatched within 1–2 business days after approval.
  • Decisions made by our review team are final.
